The Aboriginal Practice Leader will be employed by Boorndawan Willam Aboriginal Healing Centre and will be responsible for providing practice leadership and expert advice to The Orange Door workforce on culturally safe and inclusive specialist family violence services, child and family services and perpetrator interventions.

Intensive Case Manager – Women and Children

BWAHS is currently seeking an Intensive Case Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, located in Croydon, Melbourne. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing family violence case management support and case coordination to Aboriginal women and their children. The Client Service Manager will undertake comprehensive needs and risk assessments of women and their children.

Children and Youth Counsellor (Part-time)

BWAHS is currently seeking a Children & Youth Counsellor to join their Family Violence Therapeutic Program team on a part-time basis, located in Croydon, Melbourne. Reporting to the Practice and Development Manager, you will be providing direct counselling to children, young people, and their carers, who are impacted by or have experienced family violence and intergenerational trauma.
