Adam Frogley is a proud Taungurung man residing on Woiwurrung country in Healesville, with over two decades of experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment, education and advocacy. He has been dedicated to addressing systemic barriers impacting Aboriginal communities, with a strong focus on self-determination and ensuring access to culturally appropriate support services.

 

Having served as Director of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Team at the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU), Adam developed extensive expertise in management, policy development, industrial relations, campaigning and community advocacy. His experience working with elected Boards of Directors has equipped him with the skills to navigate governance structures effectively, aligning strategic planning with community needs and organisational goals.

 

A passionate advocate for Aboriginal self-determination and community-led solutions, Adam is committed to leading Boorndawan Willam Aboriginal Healing Service with integrity and dedication. His leadership focus is on delivering the best outcomes for Elders, Aboriginal families, their children, non-Aboriginal partners, and the broader community across Melbourne’s Eastern Metropolitan region, ensuring the organisation remains a trusted and impactful service provider.
