"A Journey of Healing"

"The women’s therapeutic programs team create spaces for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women to connect and explore their healing needs in a group setting. The therapeutic groups are designed to engage women in activities that explores the underlying causes of family violence, their own experiences, connection to culture, community and country and their own healing journey."

What We Are Currently Offering?

Cultural Connection Camp

The aim of the Cultural Connections camp is to provide a vehicle for Aboriginal women and children to participate in activities that promote working together to re-establish and/or build on their interpersonal relationship in a positive and supportive environment. A healing environment to connect with other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and their children and to connect with Community and Country.

Possum Skin Cloak Program

The aims of the Possum Skin Cloak Program are to connect with other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women to learn traditional skills of designing and making a possum skin cloak.
